Financing

The Global Partnership for Education encourages the mobilization of financial resources in support of the development and implementation of countries’ education sector plans. Ideally, additional resources are made available directly by bilateral and multilateral partners. When this is not possible, the Global Partnership for Education can provide transitional support from one of its two multi-donor trust funds: the Catalytic Fund and the Education Program Development Fund (EPDF).
