Six Steps to Abolishing Primary School Fees

This publication (a collaboration between UNICEF, the World Bank, the UNESCO International Institute for Educational Planning/IIEP, the Association for the Development of Education in Africa/ADEA and the EFA Fast Track Initiative/FTI) outlines 6 steps towards sound planning and implementation of school fee abolition policies:
