Announcements
In 2009 EFA FTI granted US$ 17.6 million to the Global Campaign for Education (GCE) to establish the Civil Society Education Fund (CSEF). The goal of the CSEF is to strengthen the work of national education coalitions in developing countries so they can fully engage in policy dialogue with governments and donors, become effective advocates to achieve Education for All, and assume a watchdog function for expenditures in the education sector. A new resource site listing organisations and activities under the umbrella of the CSEF was launched mid-July. Read more about CSEF activities and partner countries
